1:00 PM: 〇; Arrive at Echizen-Takefu Station
After arrival, board a chartered bus and join a guided tour of Kitamae Shipowners’ Street, designated as a Japan Heritage site

5:00: Check in at Umi no Yado Sahei
Enjoy a fermented-cuisine dinner
Overnight at the ryokan

Morning: Breakfast (ryokan)
After breakfast, depart for the day’s activities

Full Day: 〇; *Saifuku-ji Temple, Tsuruga City – Temple visit with incense offering and sutra-copying experience
*Roadside Station Minami-Echizen “Sankaeri” – Lunch and shopping
*Imajo Soba Dojo – Hands-on soba-making workshop (take your handmade soba with you for dinner)

Evening: 〇; Dinner at Sekitei, a traditional Japanese restaurant, featuring shojin-ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine)

Full Day: 〇; *Takefu Knife Village – Echizen knife-making experience
*Lunch in Ikeda Town – Local restaurant featuring mochi-based dishes and shopping
*Echizen Washi Village – Paper making experience & stroll through the washi town
