16:00-17:00: 〇; A dedicated guide will introduce the history, culture, and lifestyle of the village.
Then transfer to accommodation

18:00: At the accommodation, you’ll cook traditional dishes using local ingredients together with local mothers.
Through interactions with the community, you can experience the local food culture.

9:00-12:00: 〇; Explore the Yambaru Forest, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, with a dedicated guide for approximately three hours.
This educational tour offers the opportunity to learn about the rich biodiversity of one of the world’s most unique forests and the way of life that has coexisted with nature.

12:30-14:00: 〇; Lunch : Longevity Food Experience.
Enjoy a fresh and delicious lunch made with nutrient-rich island vegetables grown without pesticides
Tnen transfer to sea

14:30-17:30: Cruise on a traditional wooden sailboat that once played a significant role in Okinawan life, guided by the captain

18:00: Enjoy a catered dinner featuring a course menu made with an abundance of local vegetables in the accommodation

8:00-9:30: Cook rice together with the concierge using the traditional stove at the accommodation

10:00-16:30: 〇; Experience the traditional Okinawan craft of Kusaami (grass weaving), passed down through generations, at a mountain workshop.
Enjoy a relaxed conversation with the artisan while extracting fibers from plants and weaving them.
Lunch features a special mountain vegetable bento made with local ingredients.

18:00: Enjoy a BBQ dinner while listening to a performance of the Okinawan traditional instrument, the shamisen, played by local residents.
